Why can't I move beyond the Registration Form?

Where do I find out information about my facilitated session?

Please check with your facilitator if you have questions about your facilitated session, such as the date, time, or location of the class. This information is not stored in the program database; therefore, you must contact your facilitator directly.

Why can't I complete a course activity?

You may only complete a course activity (such as a pre- or posttest) after your facilitator has unlocked that activity. Once an activity has been unlocked, it will become an active hyperlink on your My Progress page, and you will be able to select the link and complete that activity.

Please note, in order for a facilitator to unlock your posttests after the session, you must complete the corresponding course pretest (i.e. Course 1 posttest cannot be unlocked if Course 1 pretest has not been completed). After you have completed the posttests, you must complete the course evaluations; you will then receive your certificate.

How do I know when course activities have been unlocked?

Once an activity status has been changed (such as unlocking a pretest), you will receive an email from the program database, informing you that your facilitator has changed the status of a course activity or activities. To view the change in status, please go to http://oralhealth.thinkculturalhealth.hhs.gov/SmallGroup and log in using your username and password. Select the My Progress link on the top of the page in the blue box. Complete any unlocked activities by selecting the activity link.

How do I keep track of my progress through the course?

The My Progress page, located at the top of the page in the blue box, is an online record of your continuing education activities. This page displays each activity of the course, the status, and the date when it was completed. From this page, you can also print your certificate at any time. You must have Adobe Acrobat installed to download your certificate.

How do I access my certificate?

To access your certificate, please select the My Progress link from the blue box at the top of the page. At the top of My Progress page, there is a blue box titled Certification. Select the View/Print Certificate (PDF) link and allow the certificate to download, which may take a few minutes. You must have Adobe Acrobat installed to download your certificate.

Why did the system automatically log me out?

If you are participating in this course and you leave your computer idle for 45 minutes or more, the system will automatically end your session by logging you out. If this happens while you are filling out a form or answering a test, you will lose your answers and the system will prompt you to log-in again. This time limit is imposed to prevent someone else from clicking or submitting something to an 'open Web session' if you step away from your computer.
